Sierra Nevada

Spent the entire day on the slopes, pretty much from when the lifts open to when they shut again. So nice to skiing again. Unfortunately as its still early in the season and there hasn't been a huge amount of snow yet, a few of the pistes weren't yet open so we could only ski certain areas. Still by the end we knew them inside out and back to front! Had a very British moment in the cable car when an Italian guy asked us if he could smoke inside, clearly none of us wanted him too but nonetheless told him to carry on. Then only to find that it wasn't even a cigarette he was referring to, but a spliff. He hotboxed our cable car. Funnily enough the two Spaniards didn't seem to care. By the end of the day and by the time we made it back to our apartment, we were all so exhausted that we spent most the evening asking when was an acceptable time to go to bed. Probably the earliest night I've had in a while!
