Had a great day

The gym this morning followed by a good catch up with my mate Cathy accompanied by hot chocolate...

And then later my pal Wendy came for a visit, with her lovely hubby Dunc. and amazing Masie the dog. A bit of a blustery beach walk, and lots of frisbee action with Masie, followed by a stop off in my favourite cake shop...

The beach is so much more fun with crazy border terrier, that likes toys, get's snuffly and sneezy from the sand and doesn't like the cold water :-)
