Sprints

Quick photo from my post-warm-up stretching location. Doing 10 x 30s sprints today. OUCH! That hurt a lot. I didn't quite maintain the 'jog between sprints' on the last couple, I thought I was going to explode. Guess this is what it takes to move my ridiculously slow pace up a notch....I hope!
