Gingerbread latte.

He looks quite happy all things considered. Standing on a raft of cream above a deep pool of hot coffee . All the while the cream is slowly melting into said coffee. And he's sinking little by little.
Now if I was made of stuff that is well known to go soft if not dissolve in hot coffee - I think I might look a little more worried than that

I'm sad to report that my concerns were well founded and it didn't turn out well for him. He lost his toes (if not a foot) on the left leg - and those legs were decidedly unstable.

He had to be eaten, to put him out of his misery. It was the kindest thing to do.
