Where are the Downs?

Foggy, wet morning run on the South Downs today. Passed a group of cyclists wearing Santa suits with a dog who was wearing a reindeer headband. They called out a cheery "Merry Christmas" as they passed us.
Baked some more mincemeat pies this afternoon and some honeycomb crunch cake.
Had a lovely chat on Skype on the iPad with my eldest this evening. He doesn't get home till Thursday night. Collected youngest on Friday. It was fun to sit with the two boys here all chatting with my son in Spain. It was almost as though he was in the room with us. Isn't technology great!!!
