Happened to be in SF for Santacon, a massive pub crawl of thousands of Santas, many elves, and a smattering of reindeer. Here, in Jack Kerouac Alley, a sports-themed Santa takes a break to swig from a flask and adjust his beard while a few other Santas heckle him from above. By early evening most Santas were staggering but thoroughly jolly.
