Fall Colors I

This is the tree that has the robin's nest.
Now that the berries are here I'm hoping to get some close-ups of the birds having lunch.
Maybe the berries aren't ripe enough yet plus it's a cold , wet and windy day.
I liked the soft colors that the conditions give + the long lens gives a unique perspective I think.
Some people think that long lenses are not necessary and are merely a substitute for inadequacies elsewhere hehehehe but used properly they can create photographs that are unique in their perspective. The colors are very accurate and the photographs need very, very little if any changes. At least that's my point of view....... :-)))
