The Cheese Bank

An early morning visit to a Parmesan Cheese dairy, with a walk round to see the cheese being made then a visit to the maturing rooms, or "The Bank" as they refer to it.
This just blew me away! An amazing sight to see around 3,000, 36KG cheeses stacked from floor to ceiling, and the smell!! well I could'nt capture that.
