Reindeer bells
Today Santa and his helper elf arrived in a flurry of reindeer bells. The children were all so excited to see him.
I have some fabulous photos of my class. Have to respect the pc 'ness of the world these days though.
After class a quick wash and change then off to the royal oak at yattendon. My lovely lovely friend Carolyn is leaving today. She has been at riding for the disabled for 42 years.
She is the most awesome woman who has experienced the worst heartache anyone could ever imagine and yet gives so much to everyone else. She is truly amazing and an inspiration plus highly eccentric and very very good naughty fun. I am going to miss her so much at class. Hence the dark sunglasses. I will be visiting lovely Warwickshire on my random trips up north so its not goodbye but my Carolyn fixes will be few and far between.
We bought Carolyn some lovely pressies from Highgrove for her garden.
The venue and company was fabulous but not sure about the service. They would only let one person pay on one card only which we had not been notified of in advance, then the waitress stated she wasnt sure they had all the food in stock for our order even though at their request we had placed our food order 3 weeks in advance. Then Nicola, Lucy and Tracy's sea bass was raw in the middle - they took all three away - but carried out the crime of the century by simply reheating them then even worse brought them back out and gave each plate to the wrong person.
Not as naughty as cassilda in the car park though. Secrets safe with me gal.
