Liberty chocolate tasting...

Went the day well...
yes it did
was a bit manic in the chocolate room
loads of positive feedback and many sales of our fabulous sea salt Praline.

One lady didnt believe that I made the Sea salt praline myself!
Totally took me by surprise!
i became a little defensive..but think i managed to get her to believe that i was telling the truth!
Iam a chocolatier
i did make the praline...and most of the other chocolates we had there too!

All in all.. a good day.
Back to Spoon HQ tomorrow..
