7 working days still to go before Christmas and my house is like a bombsite. The downstairs loo is finished, the new doors are on and the hall floor is down, but now all my dining room furniture is currently in the hall and I have no flooring in the dining room or kitchen.

Why do I do things like this so close to Christmas? Especially given it's the busiest time of the whole year for me at work. I just keep thinking about the end product.

It will all be worth it... It will all be worth it...
