Magic cream

This is Niamh this morning at the hospital.
She had been fainting at school so the GP decided to have some blood test done.
So this miring on my morning off I found myself in a busmans holiday at the hospital where I work waiting for the magic cream to work
I have never been convinced this cream works but after today I am a convert as Niamh didn't even flinch when the nurse took the blood
