I just love the sign that this Wisconsin-based, 'employee-owned' grocery store has painted on the side of their building.

**This is backblipped due to a wonderful week with my wonderful friend visiting from the Pacific Northwest. She worked every day she was here, helping me get caught up on soapmaking business. I love her.
