Christmas star

Today has been spent (mostly) doing two things.

This morning was my daughter's school nativity play. She was playing a star and her best friend was playing Mary.

Then this afternoon and evening I've been working on the doll's house again. I've put in about 10 hours' work on it today and my head hurts now! Still loads to do with it but I'm starting to think there may be light at the end of the tunnel. All the rooms are now painted or wallpapered. Two rooms have tiled floors and two have carpet (though the carpet is still to be stuck down). Biggest remaining worry is brick papering the chimneys and front doors and slate papering the roof.

And now I'm exhausted so I'm off to bed...
