Harald the Nightwatchmen

Harald ( with his white and daughter ) at surprise leaving party organised by the landlords of the building.
Harald is leaving the building on 31/12 after being here 25 years. For the first ten years he was in building alone as it was used as the dump for its millionaire owner ( rumour is that he was hiding his gold here). He knows building better than anyone else. He is leaving because new landlords, a Chinese investment company thinks security is not needed ( I assume they base their view on their homeland experience which is security free country ) .
