Music Recital

Today was a busy day - starting with the Dentist for H in the morning, then back to school in time for guitar rehearsal, cup song rehearsal and candy cane sales (I hope she didn't have too many given the trip to the dentist!). Then in the evening it was her music recital - she played 2 pieces alone on the piano including jingle bells. Her and I played O Christmas Tree as a duet on the piano, and she played Good King Wenceslas on the trumpet as a duet with Mr F the music teacher (as seen here). Then it was off to the shopping mall to meet the guide unit and spend a good 2.5 hours shopping for a gift for a girl that is less fortunate than them, finishing off at the Pickle Barrel for desserts. Phew
