Wet Watling Street (again)

Not the first (or I suspect last) time I've blipped this street. Other than when I got on the wrong train this morning and had a beautiful view of London on the way to Peckham Rye (where I was not supposed to be!), nothing really caught my eye for a photo (and I was sitting away from the window on the train, so couldn't capture the view).

I'd had an idea of going and taking a bokeh-licious photo of this street and the Christmas lights, but only had my little compact on me. I thought I might be able to trick it into defocusing by putting it in macro mode, but that didn't work - so you get this instead. I will probably return with my 'proper' camera at some point....
