Christmas in Edinburgh

I walked down to the Christmas Market in Princes St tonight which was full of people and full of stalls selling mulled wine, hot cider, sausages , crepes, cakes, Christmas decorations and a host of other things.

The colours , shapes , lights and teeming crowds were also fascinating, particularly when seen at a distance as in this blip taken from the steps by the National Galleries.
