Tuesday is the new Monday

Had to go to both the hospitals today (oh the joy!) It felt like a Monday because I hadn't been in yesterday. Though tbh I'm kinda in a festive mood and don't feel much like working!

I missed Truffles while I was away, so of course I had to annoy her with my flash!
