The Heart

"I don't know how you do it" she said.
"Do what?" he replied.
"I don't know how your always able to make me smile". Was her quick response.

"I never want this, us to end" she quietly said after a few moment of silence.
"Never say never" he said, "that only invites heart break to happen".
"Are you planning on breaking my heart?" She asked with caution.
"I don't want to" he said slowly "but neither of use are perfect".
