Recipe

This is a but of a strange blip. I didn't actually take any "proper" photos on Monday, but I did take this. It's a recipe for a mincemeat cake, given to me by a work colleague who'd made one for us last week - it's delicious, and not too sweet. I plan to try doing one with artificial sweetener instead of the sugar to make it more diabetes-friendly.

Why the photo? To run it through a "scanner" app so I have a PDF in case I lose the paper copy!

Anyway, it's got a festive theme if nothing else :-)
