Tomatoes Never Tasted so Good

This is some form of Insalata Caprese. It's tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and some basil (grown on our roof deck).

A's quite the cook and our week nights at home generally consist of cooking good meals. Really good. See Monday's bliyp about the salmon I made.

I really enjoy how this photos turned out with the colors and the balance across the frame. I don't get this lucky all the time.
