Happy Birthday Aunt E...

Today I had an appointment with my neurologist...concentrated on the sciatic type pain down my right arm ordering an X-ray(?!) to be followed by nerve conduction tests if nothing shows on the X-ray. No time to discuss any other of the myriad aches, pains, cramps and spasms that I live with. Left the hospital feeling fed up and so tired of the wasted time spent in endless waiting rooms for 15 minute snatches of time that is over before the reality of why I am there has been addressed. Consequently I am feeling sorry for myself right know but...

...snap out of it girl for tomorrow is my 60th birthday!!! How did that happen?
