Berries

I woke up to a beautiful sunny morning. I thought it would be perfect for taking macro shots of my cotoneaster with its lovely red berries but I hadn’t realised it was so windy. There was no way I could get a sharp image so ended up cutting off a piece of the tree and shooting it indoors.

The berries on this tree always get eaten by the birds when it’s really, really cold. I feel a bit guilty that they now have a few less berries in their Winter larder. Sorry birds.
