Lake, Pre-Race

The lake was very still (and cold) this morning before the start of the triathlon. Mr. Apple woke up very ill this morning, having finally caught the bug he no doubt brought home from work and gave to me last week. So, we went and watched Michelle's swim but immediately after that we broke camp and left to head home. Another few days of couch-lounging-illness in the Apple household.
