Touching trees
I swapped the rather dull Surrey heathland shot blipped earlier for this one of dead trees touching on the same heath not far from Farnborough. It was pretty bleak this afternoon, heralding a stormy evening, one for curling up in front of the fire. No alcohol though. I've done with that for now. One pre-Christmas lunch is quite enough.
I know it's a stretch of the imagination, but the branches of these trees reaching out reminded me of the creation scene on the Sistine Chapel ceiling. OK, I said it was a stretch.
