Moseley

Long but fun day. We had our department christmas lunch followed by pub quiz - our team ended up coming second which we were pleasantly surprised by. Had an amusing game of pool afterwards, I was paired with a colleague who admitted to being almost too drunk to stand, but we still won! Then off to Birmingham to a pub in Moseley (happily on the only bus route in the city which I know) for a friend's 40th birthday. I didn't know most of the others there but they were a nice bunch of people and had some interesting conversations. The blip is of the wall paper in the gents - a really nice loo, I'd go back for that! Time disappeared and all of a sudden I was hurrying for the last train back to Coventry.
