Don't touch my cereal,boy!
Jay has an obsession with cereal. Pretty sure he single-handedly devoured everyone's breakfast boxes during the week. It became a thing that whenever our rep Louise would come in, we'd be pre-drinking, Alex would be walking around in his towel and Jay would be munching on cereal. And I'd have to drink...

Another early wake up today to hit the slopes neat. Ali and Kris focused on improving their snowboarding skills, so Tom and me joined a group of 6 other skiers to hit the outer valleys of Meribel and Courchevel. They were a cool group, but best of all everyone involved was of similar levels and speed. Being all skiers, there was literally no faffing, we made the most of the day! We hit a variety of long slopes, which was great for slaloming. Didn't even stack it all day. We stopped for a quick lunch at Courchevel (high rolling) and made it back to VT in time for the beginning of apres-ski. We all had mulled wine on some bean bags, until we got kicked off, as they were readying the place. Turns out a dutch group called The Opposites was performing, and the show was absolutely mental. A tight concert on the slopes, great rap and house music and the sickest of vibes. Our Warwick crowd united with a whole group of Dutch people for some crowdsurfing, a wall and surprisingly a couple mosh pits. Tom, Harry and me slammed our drinks to join in on the encore circle pits, which were mental. That combined with a massive day of skiing left me exhausted but incredibly exhilarated. The rest of the evening was spent chilling with out boys, rejecting all offers to go out (not very longtail, but hey). Best day so far.
PS. classic engineers that we are (not really...), we spent quite some time debating why chairlifts oscillate when the mechanism stops, and why longer skis are faster but less maneuverable. Thought-provoking (for us).
