Black Sabbath

A tremendous gig by a band I have loved since their first album 43 years ago. The guitar of Tony Iommi, the driving bass of Geezer Butler and the showmanship, shrieking vocals and good humour of Ozzy Osbourne were everything I could have hoped for.

Sadly, the original drummer, Bill Ward, is not on this tour. His energetic replacement was very good but I realised that one sentence you never hear after a rock gig is "I wish the drum solo had been longer."
