Team Captain

What a year Colby's having in Football. He was selected out of a group of 40 boys to be a team captain for the Skowhegan Equipment & Tool team, quite the honor.

He's embraced the "captain" label, leading his team in stretches, team spirit and discipline. Earlier this season, he broke his fifth metacarpal (left hand pinkie finger bone), and has been unable to play during games. Despite this set back, he has practiced with his team, and worked hard at field-goal and punt kicking.

His season is looking up, and I am a proud Momma as I sit on the sidelines cheering him and his team on!
