Needle and cotton needed

This is DD's very favourite toy! Despite all the little toys she has, this is the only one she goes crazy for. Every morning it's at the side of my bed. So I need to get the sewing kit out and get mending.

Today my friend John came over and put a curtain pole up in my bedroom. I've only been waiting since January for him to finish it!!! So I quickly set about putting the curtains up. It looks cosy at last.

Stayed home today and got on with some cooking and planning for Christmas. The planning didn't take long at all!
