Betrayed by chickens...

Driving through the countryside today, we spotted these deer grazing in a field and I decided to try and get close enough to blip them. As I tiptoed through the muddy field, getting closer and closer, I disturbed what must have been a big brood of chickens in the next field, as they started frantically clucking - surprisingly loudly - and gave me away! This is the closest I got to the deer. They bolted into the woods a few seconds later...
