Too cold for shorts

I saw this man walking down the high street in his shorts and was rather taken aback. Then I noticed his tattoos and could see why he was prepared to suffer for his art. If you have a tattoo you might as well flaunt it. That got me thinking as to what tattoo I would have if I chose to get one. A copy of his right leg, or his left leg, the tattoo of a watch on my wrist, Tempus Fugit across my chest or Old Father Time on my arm!? I wonder if you can still get soak on tattoos in penny bubblegums. That would do me!
