A cow bird but not a cowbird

This fluffy little thing being blown around in the wind is a Cattle Egret (Bubulcus ibis) in its breeding plumage. Chileans call it the Garza Boyera and the Argentines the Garcita Bueyera. Coming from Africa, by whatever name it’s a pretty little bird that feeds around cows and other animals.
