Eye on the ball

Very strange today. Flynn really lame so just walked Maya, very odd just walking one dog. Took Flynn to vets, not because he is lame but because his rear end has flared up again. Not good news at all. Vet pretty sure that he has cancer and he is full of infection around his bot despite daily cleaning and a 5 day course of Anti-biotics. He had given us more Anti-biotics, longer course and stronger to see if it helps ease the situation and to get us through the festive period, but he thinks that its unlikely things will improve. However, as he is not showing any sign of slowing up, (apart form his pulled muscle today) and showing no pain or distress we can keep going for now. Very sad day for me today he is not a cuddly dog but his love & loyalty shows in those eyes and he follows my every move x
