This is my friend Walter, who had the great idea of taking West Cork produce to a big city market, it's going well for him and of course benefits all the individual producers.
Heading to Cloughjorden Eco village project to stay with friends for a couple of nights. I've heard a lot about the project, the first of it's kind in Ireland, so a great opportunity to see it all first hand.
