Last day of work

The Christmas spirit was in full swing today. We had mince pies first thing followed by tons of cake at tea break to bid a fond farewell to Adam. I managed a short speech which was ok I think and a couple of unnecessary gifts came my way too. So it was also the last day at the childminder for the kids which means all the fabulous Christmas crafts they have been working on came home with them! Now I'm hoping for a nice settled period of weather so we can enjoy Christmas without worrying about flood warning or power cuts.
