Hobbiton continued...

Another from our hobbiton day. Here is one of the views as you walk in to the area. Can you spot the fake tree? It's the one of the top of the hill on the left. This one is made out of steel and silicon and is still going strong. Apparently when it was created the leaves we're not light enough for director Peter Jackson, so he had each leaf painted a lighter shade of green and then reattached! So much attention to detail has gone into this place, even the local birds are confused as they sit in the fake tree and then slowly realised it's an imposter so flock to the next...
