My diabolical chocolates

Decided to make chocies as pressies, what a mess these turned out to be!!
My white ganache was melting as I touched it, the dark chocolate snapping as I cut it and the caramel running away with the fairies.....
And yes, I know chocolate should set at room temperature but sod the shine, holding together without pins was my concern, and no, they will not be put into little bags for people....
