Mealworms - Tenebrio molitor

Charmaine breed them to feed the Cichlids, she keeps them in a plastic container with a layer of Bran and feed them a bit of wheat flour and slices of carrots and apples, which supply enough moisture to prevent them from getting 'thirsty'. LOL
