Heartbeat

My son David and my daughter in law Yvonne will be parents by Christmas Day. Yvonne was admitted to hospital yesterday as a precaution against her going into spontaneous labour as The Baby is in the breach position. They've been given 24th December as the date for a Caesarian section. The Baby is due on the 1st January and it has been decided 24th will be a good time for a safe delivery as they will have reached the 39th week of pregnancy by then. When I visited them this afternoon The Baby was being monitored, heartbeat and movement. This is the printout and you can see the heartbeat on the screen along with an indication of movement. It's all so exciting.
