After the deep freeze...

these snowflake shapes began appearing on the ice surfaces in the lakes and ponds. I uncovered this one today to have a better look at it and found the tracks running through it. I had thought that the center broke through right to the water but that was not the case, it was solidly frozen and the coyote tracks seemed to confirm it.
