Let there be light...

...and heat, and satellite TV, and Internet. After the trauma of yesterday we're mighty glad to be back to normal. Thanks to our son, Roger, and his electrician friend, the whole ordeal was minimized, and we fared pretty well. My wife was at work all day, and I worked part of the day, so we didn't have to stay here in the cold. And, thanks to the fine people at Rocky Mountain Power, our power was restored by bedtime. We don't realize what we have until it's taken away. Last night, I spent most of the evening in the dark. Time goes pretty slow at times like that. Mighty glad to have it all back again. Makes you realize just how blessed we are. And, for that I am grateful.
