The Best Of Both Sweet Worlds In A Single Cone

It's Christmas cake time of year. And here in Queensland it's sub-tropical summer and ice-cream weather too.

This ice-cream shop is just up the road and serves the most wonderful and frequently changing flavours. I'd never seen Christmas Cake Ice-Cream before, but it seems completely reasonable! However, my choice today was the Lychee, Ginger & Chocolate. Too delicious!
