Gym Time

Today I woke up at 9 in the morning after having a four hours of sleep and the only thing that can wake me up at this time on a saturday morning is the gym. I just love it. It makes me happy for the rest of the day and sweating plus feeling my body work is the most amazing feeling in this world so far. It kills me but after Im done with it I feel amazing. Sports and being fit is a part of my life and I really hope it will always be. I hate running or working I just do it for the feeling I have after it or the feeling I have before I sleep, that I worked out today and did the best for myself. Maybe it sounds crazy butI cant imagine I life without working out, I would feel useless and lazy. Its gross.
