Taking the dog for a push

We spotted these two with their two labs in the park in Keswick. The elderly lady in the pet push-chair has largely lost the use of her legs but (as her pusher said) does not want to go yet. The other one was quite slow on its legs too. Chloe was a bit puzzled.
What amazingly horrible weather this afternoon!
