Have you ever noticed the proliferation of signs at some of our busiest road junctions? This one on the A19 on Teesside is typical around here. Woe betide any visitor intent on finding a way around in the rush hours. You aren't allowed to use your phone in the car (quite rightly so), but you can be just as distracted trying to read and absorb the confusion of information beamed at you by our Highways masters. You may rear end someone as you struggle to take it all in but don't worry, the CCTV on top of the sign will catch you on camera. Have a nice day, drive safely…..
