A sense of place...

Stirling has a great sense of place. For centuries it was the lowest crossing point of the Forth. The castle and the Wallace Monument are visible from many miles around. The Ochil and Touch hills can be seen from many parts of the town - and the mountains to the west are often visible too. It is not easy to confuse with anywhere else and a good place for photographers.

The council has started to put these benches, with the neighbourhood nicely named, around the river. I pass this one most days with the dog.

I didn't do a tune tonight - but Sefferdog, who (almost) always likes my choice, noticed and this is his suggestion.
