Her pedicures are so thorough and painful they are known locally as 'medicures'.
Forget babies' bottoms. My feet are softer than a baby's eyelids.
Her pedicures have paid for her 3 children to go to University in San Francisco and is paying for one to spend 3 months in London as part of a Paediatritians course.

Recently, Cathy treated herself to a brow lift and some under eye surgery.
Here she is showing me how they cut through her brow and tattooed back her eyebrows. No scarring, and pretty discreet. All for $500. In Vietnam. Including a Holiday Inn style hotel. Good on yer Cathy.
