Real Food

UMBC finals are over and the daughter is back home tonight demanding "real food".

I think this sufficed.... Roasted pork tenderloin coated in dijon mustard and rolled in ground coriander and black peppercorns, served with mashed potatoes, peas and a shitake shallot gravy.

Much nicer apparently than the chips and queso that the daughter has been existing on since Thanksgiving!
